2) Take the current price (the price you see on the market today)
3) Multiply the total number of shares o / s for the current price.
TADA! That's it! (How difficult was ?!?!)
For example:
ABC Company (said they were for gold … have a property or 2)
6 million shares o / s
0.30 (current price)
6,000,000 x 0.30 = $ 1,800,000
Now … The trick is to find another company that does the same (for gold). Applying the same multiple of this company now. Compare the two.
So, with that said … Compare the ABC:
DEF Company (also in search of gold)
20 million shares o / s
0.55 (current price)
20,000,000 x 0.55 = $ 11,000,000
UUUMMMM DUH ….. What is a better price ?!?!?!?
You're right! The ABC gets my money !!!!!

The idea behind the promotion Penny is that low stock prices have more potential to grow, and therefore Investors should do their stock-picking by selecting your hand.
The idea is fundamentally flawed. As for price alone, without any indication that the value of a share is not significant. The share price may be considered too high or too low compared to earnings per share, assets per share or other such similar measure.
You can not say how much should be properly there is no recovery. Once a valuation technique used was real which is part of Penny's irrelevant.
