Greenhouse Supplies

Greenhouse Supplies
What is the utility of manned space exploration?

We had a lot of great science probes the spaceship manned, Hubble, etc, manned space exploration but gives very little science to promote extra high price tag. What is the point? Do not tell me we live in space after the Earth uninhabitable. First, all depend on Space Colony supplies from Earth in the foreseeable future. If our society collapses, the colony, space is toast. Secondly, it is incredible that the Government plans for the distant future where space colonies can become self-sufficient when they are not even bothering to reduce emissions of emissions of greenhouse gases already!

Well, tough question. I like. :> You are right in information on the cost-benefit versus unmanned space flight I support the space industry and colonization, but I concluded that the crew program, at least, is really little more than a media show, at best. In what is best, helps maintain the value of increasing our exports, and provides various high-tech companies / aerospace contractors. This advantage should not be automatically rejected: China, for example, have problems with your significant economic growth and poverty, but is the choice to move forward with a manned space effort now, for reasons of economic and national security. (1.) However. I do not think this is the best argument to support our high technology sector. NASA needs the political capital that comes from space flight – had nothing to do with the eyes of people floating in space suits. But in fact, * * Affordable access to Big Time living space costs in the investigation. We spent much Shuttle by Apollo at this point, but the money was distributed. We jumped on the operation of these funds a beautiful environment and horribly pricy-lift launcher, which has 20,000 people to rebuild after each flight. We did not really put these funds in the prosaic problem of affordability, putting the safety of persons and other cargo orbit. In a narrow political sense it is "cheaper" to stay with the shuttle. We have in this review because there was no political will to do better, and without it, Congress has been more than happy to vote funds for large NASA facilities in their districts and the International Space Station to assign teams of subcontractors and their constituents well. And because Big Aerospace unmanned "exploration" is not really, so it does not seem to height. Like comparing apples to turnips, though. As for what is a satisfactory job of men and women in space .. How it works 1. Energy independence, state clean energy exporter to the U.S. 2. The collection of platinum group metals on a scale of billions of dollars 3. Product Development industrial infrastructure of waste containing highly toxic and radioactive processes, far from the Earth's biosphere Etc. You can not accept that these products are best served by going into space, but it has been argued by people much smarter than me, to try a quick source (2.), but I recommend people not really very well argued book space colonization grandfather Dr. Gerard O'Neill. (3.) In any case, people would go there for these products / services to Earth. I do not agree or agree with the concept of "abandonment of the Earth into space. This is a last Fortunately, the loser option in my books. Ultimately, the space environment is very difficult, very difficult access. It's almost, not quite, impossible to escape the gravity of the Earth with the chemical engines, which read a time. But at the same time, it is not impossible. It takes more fuel to fly from one kilogram of mass from Los Angeles to Sydney, as it does for the pound to orbit, and operations carriers are, what, five or six times the cost of fuel? Why then should we expect space travel to be the exclusive domain of governments? Imagine you are living in the year 1935. You know there are some advantages to fly, for example, 40,000 feet. You're right air, there is much less turbulent intake fuels, and perhaps you could take advantage of 200 MPH jet of water (which were known in the 1930s) a large amount of fat: the good you do. No aircraft can fly as high. And then, you need a pressurized cabin, people are not going to put the neoprene to make an intercontinental travel! As we have astronauts don their combination of pressure when we send them into orbit. Fortunately, we had the NACA – the National Advisory Committee on Astronautics. They endorsed the research commercial aerospace use today to fly. They were also the forerunner of NASA. I guess I have selected for space transportation research today?
