Where can I get a metal file I can use to submit to the legs of a floor tom?
Tom's feet floor of my drum kit is too large, so I'm trying to understand how it could take to adapt, and people told me that using a metal file to file down but do not know where I'd get one. So if you can, please help me. I really want to play my drum kit with everything in place.
If the height of the leg can use a file, you can get one at a hardware store. SAW could be better. If the leg does not fit into the mounting bracket on the drum, then you will need a "tail rat "file and three slices in the drum until the leg is inserted. Or you can just go buy the legs of adequate size, are fairly cheap and not" modify " the floor tom hardware.
